I have recently learned (this morning) that there exists a ten minute time frame in the morning between 6am and 8:30am and if I do not get up during those ten minutes, then getting out of bed later on is brutal. I shall try and capitalize this. I am learning that less sleep for me is better. At least that's what I'm banking on today. :) Now off to school to learn, hopefully finish my thesis and have an adventure with George!

That's quite the time range to find the ten minute perfect time in. Good luck! I don't think less sleep is better for me, but I'm glad it works for you!
