Twentieth, Tejtsew, Tan

Aloha! Happy twentieth of December!

For those of you who can't figure out what the second word is, it's westjet spelled backwards because i'm coming home today! On Westjet! Look at me and the creativity of my titles.. haha.. :)

And I have a bit of a tan and a heat rash to boot :)

This morning I had breakfast on the lanai watching the turtles swimming in the ocean. Very fun. I love watching them.

And that is all I have to say for now!

1 day until I'm home!
2 days until my family gathering!
4 days until Guys and Dolls!
5 days until my birthday!
6 days until Christmas! And another family gathering!
8 days until Larissa and Andrew's wedding
9 days until Calgary
14 days until Rae's wedding
a bunch of days until Colorado for Amanda's wedding
a bunch more days until the Bahamas
way too many days until graduation!!! :)

i'm sure i'll figure out exact numbers at some point...

Eighteenth, 'Ello, Eeeeee

Here's what made today better than yesterday:
-My heat rash got worse
-I saw a bunch of humpback whales at sunset
-Had an amazing grilled cheese sandwich with shrimp, avocado and tomato in it for lunch!
-Finished my third book

And here's an updated countdown:
-2 days until I'm home! (I'm excited for snow and Christmas festivities)
-3 days until my first family gathering!
-5 days until Guys and Dolls!
-6 days until my birthday!
-7 days until Christmas!
-9 days until Larissa's wedding!
-10 days until Calgary to visit Jenn and Lindie and hopefully Leslie
-13 days until New Year's (okay i secretly hate new years but don't tell anyone...)
-15 days until Rae's wedding
-between 15 days and 2 months until Colorado for Amanda's wedding!
-2 months until the Bahamas!

Today was better than yesterday because:

-I got a burn and a heat rash (just in case you were jealous thought i'd feign it a bit)
-Enjoyed sitting on the beach and relaxing

Sixteenth, Sandy, Shower

Aloha! Happy sixteenth of December!!

I have more pictures to post but don't feel like uploading them so you'll have to wait until later!

Here's what made today better than yesterday:

-went on a boat trip to Molokini, a famous snorkelling spot
-we got to snorkel at what is called 'Turtle Town' and it was cool. Lindie and I swam way off and followed this one turtle that we named Hubert. His friend Irene joined later on. It was nice to feel like we had turtle friends.. I definitely felt at one with the turtles! :)
-i finished my second book

Fifteenth, Folding, Female Friends

Aloha!! Happy Fifteenth of December!!! Here's a few pictures from last night. We went to Kimo's on the water which was beautiful!!

Then we went and picked Lindie up at the airport. Yay for Lindie being here! :)

What makes today better than yesterday:
-Lindie did an awful job folding her blanket (she told me to write that)
-We're going to two beaches today!
-We saw a bunch of turtles outside this morning while eating breakfast on the porch

Fourteenth, Far, Fair

Aloha!!!

Greetings from Maui!! Right now it's overcast but this afternoon it was nice and sunny and hot and it was nice to sit by the pool and read. I have already read one book and am onto my second one!!

What makes today better than yesterday:
-I sat by the pool instead of on an airplane (my fair skin is turning into tanned skin!
-Lindie is coming to Maui!!
-We're going to.. um.. Kimo's I think the name is for dinner!!

Haven't taken any pictures yet but when I do I will try and post some as we go along!
